Hermes - The Greek God of boundaries, roads and travellers. Thieves, athletes, shepherds, commerce, speed, wit and sleep. In myth, he functioned as the emissary and messenger of the gods, able to move quickly and freely between the worlds of the mortal and divine aided by his winged sandals.

Our Hermes bust candle stands 23cm high and is sculpted from sustainably sourced soy based wax and lead free cotton wick. Recently featured in the Australian Financial Review magazine, we like to style ours as the 'hero piece' on our shelfie.

What We use...

Here at Ancient Candle Co. we only use the finest sustainable & ethically sourced, natural soy based wax. We pack using recyclable cardboard boxes and cushioning materials. When possible, we ship Australia wide with our 100% carbon neutral shipping partner Sendle. 

What we DON'T use...

Cheap chemical candles you may find on the market can emit harmful vapours. When burned, they release toxic volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the air. This includes acetone, benzene and toluene, which are known carcinogens. This is why at Ancient Candle Co. we only use natural, sustainable & ethical products.
